Reading of a peripheral successfully completed .

The read data are saved in positions E01 to E32 specified with the command 

RTW MODBUS RTU WRITE

Writing to a peripheral successfully completed .

RTF MODBUS RTU FAIL

Invalid response or no response (within the set TIMEOUT) after a read or write command.
