Call

Any incoming call is considered as a local event forcing the connection of remote device to web account.

Use the API to push commands into the command queue associated with remote device.

Make a phone call to the remote device.

No fees are charged to caller because the unit will not answer the call.
Some actions can take place if the caller is a registered user

(verify the behavior configured for incoming calls from registered users).

The device opens the connection to server, uploading data and downloading commands waiting in the command queue (if any),then terminates the connection.

Updated information are publicly available.

Messages (if any) are sent to recipients.
