Direct Message

Can only be sent to those who follow the device.

Include a Twitter username at the beginning of message text, preceded by D (or M).

The message will appear:

• in the sender’s direct messages folder, it will disappear if the sender or the recipient deletes it.

• in the recipient’s direct messages, it will disappear if the sender or the recipient deletes it.
