SMS

To force the connection of remote device to server (disregarding time settings) send an SMS, including the device password at the beginning of the message.
Same commands can be issued through Twitter or from the local COM port.

The remote unit receives  WEBCMD  command.

The device opens the connection to server, uploading data and downloading commands waiting in the command queue (if any),then terminates the connection.

Updated information are publicly available.

Messages (if any) are sent to recipients.
